• A. User-Provided Information: When you create an account, we collect email addresses and your Device ID
• B. Vehicle Information: We gather information from your connected Tesla vehicle, such as charging status and vehicle diagnostics.
• C. Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our app, including features used and time spent.
• D. Bluetooth Dashboard Information: When you use Dashboard, the app processes nearby Bluetooth device signals needed for vehicle pairing and connection, vehicle status read over Bluetooth, and on-device Dashboard pairing status and display settings.

3. Use of Your Information

Your data is used to:

• A. Provide and improve our services.
• B. Communicate with you regarding updates or service-related notices.
• C. Enhance app functionality and user experience.

4. Third-Party SDK Integration

Our app integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to provide specific functionalities:

• AMap (AutoNavi) SDK: Used for map display and positioning services.
  • Collected Data: Sensor data (including Gyroscope and Accelerometer).
  • Purpose: To improve positioning accuracy and support inertial navigation functions.
  • Collection Method: Automatically collected by the SDK during app usage.

5. Device Permissions

We request access to specific device permissions to enable app features:

• App Lock Feature:
  • Permissions: USE_BIOMETRIC, USE_FINGERPRINT, CAMERA.
  • Purpose: To secure the app and authenticate the user via fingerprint or face recognition.
  • Collection Method: Processed locally on your device. We do not collect or store your biometric data.
• Bluetooth/Nearby Devices:
  • Permissions: BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT.
  • Purpose: To find nearby vehicles, pair with the vehicle, connect to the vehicle, and display Dashboard.
• Location Permission:
  • Permissions: ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION.
  • Purpose: Used for map services and, on Android, for system-required Bluetooth scanning to find nearby vehicles.

6. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

• A. Service providers who assist us in offering our services.
• B. Legal authorities when required by law.
• C. With your consent, for purposes not listed here.

Your data is not sold to or shared with third-party advertisers or networks.

We take measures to ensure the security of your personal data. However, no internet-based service is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
